I Got Time:

The Herbal Vaginal Oil and Herbal Vaginal Spray can be use daily and as often as needed. You can use the Herbal Vaginal Steam 1-2x a week. Steaming is NOT for pregnant women or women on their menstrual cycle. 

My favorite way to use this set is before showering. In order: steam, cleanse and moisturize. I use the steam to purge internally. I squat over the steam and allow it to flow indirectly into my vaginal canal. Once I'm done steaming for about 20-30 minutes, I shower. While in the shower I cleanse my vulva with the spray. I allow the spray to penetrate my vulva from anywhere to 30 seconds to 5 minutes then I rinse the cleanser off. Last but not least, I moisturize my vulva while still damp before drying off when getting out of the shower.
