When will I get my order?

Your order will take 5-10 business days to be processed and 1-3 to ship and deliver. Sometimes USPS may not ship your order right away. Please follow up with their customer service using your tracking #. 

Where is my tracking #?

All tracking #s are issued within 1-3 business days of when your order is placed. Receiving your tracking # does not mean your order is finished processing or shipped. 

Why hasn’t my email received a response?

Allow us 1-3 business days to respond to your email. I

Why is my order still transit? 

Follow up with USPS on why your order is stuck in transit. Sometimes orders experience delays while in transit. 

My order was lost/stolen:

All orders are insured up $100.00. 

If your order is stolen or lost please file a claim with USPS using the tracking # you were provided. Once all orders are dropped off at USPS it is no longer our responsibility. 

The texture and or color of my Pussy Bawm doesn’t “look” right:

Please do not fret. Pussy Bawm is 100% natural with no chemicals and made with 0 machinery. It also comes in variation of colors depending on the Shea base. The appearance does not change the quality. The texture of your product may alter in the mail due to the product heating up in the mail, cooling down and reforming. The quality is still the same. If you’re worried you can remove content from the canister and heat it on the stove on low until it’s in liquid form, add it back to the canister and freeze for 30-1hr. The texture will revert back smooth.

Type in MYMYAAT in your email search bar as well as check your junk mail. If still no luck send us an email with your first and last name and any other helpful/useful information. 

When do my products expire? 

Most of our products can last anywhere from 6 months - 1 year. Check the label on your product as well as the description bio of the products you purchased. 

Can I purchase outside of the U.S?

You can purchase MYMYAAT products from anywhere around the world. Shipping rates will adjust according to your Countries rates/customs.

I want to purchase wholesale:

We currently do not offer wholesale. We do offer Aesthetician bulk kits that can be purchased for professional use. Proof of state license + contractual agreement is mandatory in order to purchase. For more information please do email us at mymyaat@mymyaat.com 

I’m pregnant, can I Vaginal Steam?

Pregnant women should NOT steam. If you’re pregnant or trying to conceive please refrain from vaginal steaming 100%. You can vaginal steam 6 weeks postpartum, not a day sooner. Always consult with your doctor for medical advice/tips.  

Are you products FDA approves?

NO. Our products are not FDA approved and are not intended to diagnose or treat any illnesses of any kind. Please consult with your doctor or a health care physician for ALL of your medical needs.
