Shipping & Processing:
- Our processing time is 5-10 Business Days. We will drop your order off to USPS within 5-10 business days from when your order was placed. Your order will ship in 1-3 business days through USPS after your order is processed from our team. YOUR ORDER MAY EXPERIENCE DELAYS PLEASE EMAIL US FOR ALL QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS.
- Business days are Monday - Friday BEFORE 5 PM PST. If you place an order AFTER 5 PM PST your order will not be accounted for until the following business day.
- Orders are NOT processed on the weekend Saturday - Sunday.
- Please allow a grace period of an additional 3 business days if your order is purchased during a sale or an increase in sales traffic. In addition to this, all customers will be properly notified if their order is apart of a delay.
- No Refunds/Returns or Exchanges due to the nature of the products and Covid restrictions/health risks.
- Store credits and reshipments are applicable on a case by case scenario and must be approved by a brand representative.
- Examples: Order arrives damaged, products missing from package, received the wrong order, etc.
- There will be NO refunds, exchanges or store credits if your order is shipped to the wrong address based on the information you’ve provided. If you contact us to change a shipping address we will do our best to review and make any changes prior to shipping *this is NOT guaranteed.
- Orders that are shipped back to us will require a $5-10 reshipment fee based on the size and quantity of your package.
- There will be NO refunds, exchanges or store credits if your order is lost, stolen or tampered with by USPS or any other mailing services, etc. Once your order leaves our facility it is up to the carrier service to deliver your order within their time frame(s). We are not responsible for any issues in regard to your order on the shipping carriers behalf. All packages are insured up to $100 and in the event your order is lost, stolen or damaged you can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
